Bundling and Shrink Wrapping System
A bundling system that collates products into set quantities, wraps them in PE or PP shrink film and connects them to a shrink-tunnel process.
KEY FEATURES
Products are grouped into bundles according to the configured pack quantity.
Supports heat-shrinkable PE or PP film.
Feeds film up to 400 mm wide consistently to the wrapping position.
Wraps collated products in film to form the bundle before shrinking.
Connects film-wrapped bundles to the heat-shrink tunnel process.
CONTROLLED FILM FEED
Products collated into set quantities are transferred to the wrapping position, where shrink film is supplied consistently to form the pack for the following shrink process.
HEAT SHRINK PROCESS
Film-wrapped products move through the shrink tunnel, where the packaging material contracts around the group to complete a bundle suitable for storage and transport.
